The sea in front of you, coastal silence all around and a panoramic terrace to enjoy every moment outdoors. Vervece House is located in the San Montano area of Massa Lubrense, one of the most scenic parts of the Sorrento Peninsula. Here the landscape blends sea and green hills, with San Montano beach just a short distance away. It is the perfect place for travelers seeking views, tranquility and a strategic base to explore Sorrento, Capri and the Amalfi Coast.

The space
Vervece House is located on the first floor of a peaceful panoramic home and can be reached by a short flight of stairs (there is no elevator). The apartment is furnished in a refined traditional Mediterranean style, where simple materials, warm colors and tasteful details create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

The property comfortably accommodates up to seven guests thanks to two bedrooms and a spacious living area. Two bedrooms are double rooms and both feature a desk and chair, making them suitable even for remote work while enjoying views of the surrounding sea and landscape. Both of these rooms also provide direct access to the panoramic terrace. There is a third space that has a single bed and is ideal for an additional guest.

The living room is bright and generous in space, with a comfortable double sofa bed, a second sofa facing the Smart TV and a dining table where everyone can gather after a day by the sea or exploring the coastline.

The kitchen is fully equipped and enjoys a pleasant sea view. It includes an induction cooktop, oven and table, creating a functional space for preparing meals to be enjoyed on the terrace.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment. The first is a full bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine, while the second bathroom also includes a shower and adds extra convenience for groups or families.

The true highlight of the house is the panoramic terrace. This spacious outdoor area overlooks the sea and the rolling hills of the Sorrento Peninsula, offering a privileged place to start the day with breakfast in the open air or relax at sunset surrounded by the quiet beauty of the landscape.

The apartment is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning to ensure comfort in every season. Bed linen, a set of three towels per guest (face, shower and bidet towel) and a courtesy kit including soap, shampoo and toilet paper are provided.

Guest access
The apartment is entirely for guests’ private use. Check-in is carried out in person by a member of our team, who will welcome you at the property, show you the house and provide useful information for your stay.

Arrival time must be agreed in advance. A few days before your stay we will contact you privately to coordinate your check-in as smoothly as possible.

Check-in time: from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

Check-out by 10:00 AM.

Upon arrival, a valid ID for each guest will be required for mandatory registration with the local authorities.

Other things to note
One of the major advantages of Vervece House is the availability of free private parking directly on the property. In a scenic area such as San Montano, where many homes do not have dedicated parking spaces, having a reserved parking spot makes arrival and daily movements significantly easier.

Although it is possible to move around using local buses or taxis, having a car can be useful for exploring the coastline freely, visiting nearby beaches and reaching Sorrento and other towns of the Peninsula.

Upon arrival, guests will be asked to present a valid identification document for registration with the competent authorities.

The tourist tax for the Municipality of Massa Lubrense is €3.00 per person per night. It applies from April to October and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Minors are exempt.
